Stretcher

The automatic stretcher is mainly composed of five parts: the road rail, the main cylinder, the front jaws and the rear jaws, and the conveyor of the straightening machine. The maximum pulling force of the stretcher and the opening size of the jaws can be matched according to different aluminum profile production requirements. The roadway rail is welded by A3 steel plate and square tube, and is fixed and installed through the foundation pre-installation, and the rear jaws can be moved according to the length of the profiles by the motor-driven gears on the rack and pinion mounted on the roadway rail, and then driven by the cylinder to make the two sides of the dragging plate engage and fix with the guide rail rack and pinion after the position is determined by the sensors. In addition, the rear jaw is equipped with a high-definition wireless camera, which can transmit the image to the monitor of the main operation desk in real time. The working modes of the stretcher are divided into automatic straightening (unmanned operation) mode and one-man straightening (one-man operation) mode.
