Production Workshop

Yejing covers an area of about 66666.67 square meters, possesses four workshops of different functions and about 300 employees. Adopting flow line production mode, the maximum annual output reaches 300 sets. In addition, Yejing possesses more than 100 sets of various processing and assembly equipment, and is capable of processing, assembling and commissioning 600-9,000MT extrusion press.

The billet pushing system is controlled by servo motor, and the whole billet feeding operation is more rapid, accurate and reliable.

The container heating mode adopts direct heating with plug-in heating tube with better heat efficiency and shorter heating time.

Designed with square butt shear, it not only improves the shearing precision, but also makes the installation and maintenance of the pressing assemble and the butt shear more convenient.

The pre-stressed frame structure greatly reduces the elastic deformation of extrusion.

The length of the tie rod and the main cylinder is shortened, and the accuracy and stability of the main frame of the extrusion press are improved.

The hydraulic oil required for the machine is reduced and the working cost is lower, the whole machine is more eco-friendly.

Intelligent extrusion production line

Yejing intelligent extrusion production line system centralizes all equipment (including aluminum billet heating furnace, hot log shear, extrusion press, double puller, run-out table and die heater) of the whole extrusion production line in one control console, The console is equipped with one set of industrial tablet computer with powerful configuration software, which can not only control the whole extrusion line simply and accurately but also save all the data information of the extrusion-related production process, and can be directly connected with the ERP management system of the enterprise, provide real-time, true, overall and extrusion process data, and is greatly convenient for the production management of the enterprise.
