Dual-rail triple-head design, two traction heads with one sawing head. The intelligent puller consists of upper and lower rails, two servo traction machines (including servo drive and control system) and traction drive skid assembly.
The lower and upper puller are provided with lead-in zones, and the upper and lower traction machines are equipped with Siemens servo controllers, which control the pulling travel, pallet lifting and lowering, pallet arm expansion and contraction, clamping lifting and lowering, clamping rotary arm, and blocking material respectively. The upper and lower haul-offs are rack and pinion driven for real-time monitoring of the haul-off position. Pallet lifting, pallet arm expansion and contraction, clamping material lifting, clamping material rotary arm, blocking material are driven by screw and linear guide, the precision reaches 0.2 millimeter level. The upper puller is installed on the guide rail above the side of the exporting platform, and the lower puller is installed on the guide rail below the side of the exporting platform. The puller moves the clamping arm out to hold the aluminum material for pulling, and then retracts the clamping arm during the high-speed return trip. Both pullers clamping arms are steel structure and driven by servo motor, featuring light weight, fast response, accurate positioning, sensitive movement and stable operation.
When the first aluminum bar is extruded, the lower haul-off can walk to the outlet of the front crossbeam of the press to carry out clamping and pulling. The two pullers are controlled by the program, cooperate with each other, take turns to haul off the aluminum profiles independently without handing over, and complete the sawing and clamping when the extruder is changing the bars, which effectively avoids the generation of vibration lines on the surface of the profiles.
Interrupt cutting
