Storage table
The picking device is driven by a felt belt, which mainly transversally transfers the profiles from the export platform to the cooling table. The picking device is equipped with high-temperature felt belt, which is temperature-resistant up to 480°C. It is driven by inverter motor + helical gear turbine-worm gear reducer, and can be transmitted in forward and reverse; it can be provided with matching standard design according to different aluminum materials. The axial flow cooling fan unit is equipped under the picking device, and the cooling fan can be started and stopped in groups according to the length of the profiles to save energy consumption.
Cooling table is the storage and cooling platform before profile straightening, equipped with high-temperature felt belt for transmission and roller chain for sliding support, high-temperature felt belt with temperature resistance of 480℃, driven by inverter motor + helical gear turbine worm gear reducer, can be reversed and forward transmission, and can be provided with matching standard design according to different aluminum materials.
The over-straightening machine mechanism is equipped with a low-temperature felt belt, which is temperature-resistant to 280°C. It is driven by an inverter motor + helical gear and worm gear reducer, and can be transmitted in forward and reverse; the over-straightening aluminum beam is equipped with a lifting roller, which raises the profile by 10mm when it is straightened, to avoid scratching of the profile when it comes into contact with the conveyor belt. The function of the overstraightener mechanism is to feed the cooled profiles into the stretcher and then send the straightened profiles to the storage table; matching standard designs are available for different aluminum materials.
The storage table is a conveyor for storing the straightened profiles and centralizing them for transverse transport to the finished saw table. The storage table is equipped with a low-temperature felt belt, which is temperature resistant to 280°C. It is driven by a frequency-controlled motor + helical gear and worm gear reducer, and can be used for forward and reverse transmission; a standard design can be provided to match different aluminum materials.
Finished sawing table
Finished sawing table consists of three parts: sawing table, finished sawing table and fix guage table, the function is to saw the profiles into the required length, which has the advantages of high sawing precision and flat saw kerf.
The sawing table is a section of conveyor roller conveyor, driven by hydraulic cylinders to raise and lower the whole unit, which cooperates with the storage table to form a height difference for picking up the material, and then sends the profiles to the sizing table by means of a low-temperature felt roller with power drive. It is driven by an inverter motor + helical gear turbine-worm reducer, and can be transmitted in forward and reverse.
Finished saw is used for sawing profiles with the length determined by the sizing table, which can be controlled manually or automatically, pushed by the cylinder, feeding horizontally, and the feeding speed is adjustable. Finished saw blade diameter, maximum sawing capacity can be matched according to different aluminum profile production needs, equipped with high-power aluminum chip suction device, clean and environmentally friendly.
The sizing table has a suspended sizing plate, which is moved and positioned by servomotor-driven gears on a rack and pinion, with a maximum inspection length that can be matched to the needs of different aluminum profiles. After the positioning of the stopper, the conveyor roller conveyor of the table is assisted by a power-driven low-temperature felt roller to transport the profile to the position where it touches the stopper, and then saws it at a defined length. The width and spacing of the cryogenic felt rollers can be adapted to the requirements of different aluminum profiles and can be conveyed in forward and reverse rotation. The conveyor roller conveyor of the sizing table can also be raised and lowered as a whole by means of hydraulic cylinders to form a height difference in conjunction with the stacking device in order to feed the sawn profiles to the stacking device.
