The quenching system is built into an integral stainless steel cooling water tank, engineered for durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life in harsh production environments. The water tank is segmented into two independent cooling zones—front and back—which allow for precise temperature control and flexible process adaptation.
To meet the diverse processing needs of different aluminum alloys and profile designs, the system supports multiple cooling modes, either operated individually or in combination:
* Air cooling
* Water mist cooling
* Strong water cooling
* Water penetration cooling
This modular approach ensures high adaptability, catering to various thermal and structural requirements of aluminum extrusion profiles.
* The upper water tank can be lifted and lowered as a whole, or operated with its outer cover lifted and lowered independently, offering convenient access for maintenance and setup.
* The lower water tank features an automatic roller height adjustment system, which intelligently adjusts to the cross-sectional size of the aluminum profile. This design ensures uniform cooling while preventing deformation during the high-speed quenching process.
All core components are manufactured using high-grade stainless steel to ensure superior resistance to heat, corrosion, and wear:
* The upper air chute and upper cover are made of stainless steel 314, known for its high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance.
* The lower air chute and lower air duct shroud are fabricated from stainless steel 316, offering enhanced corrosion resistance, especially in environments with high moisture or water-based cooling.
