Quenching

The quenching system is located in the high-temperature section of the lead out table platform, close to the extrusion press's exit hole, installed in an integral stainless steel cooling water tank, divided into two cooling zones in front and back, which can realize the cooling mode of wind cooling, water mist cooling, strong water cooling, water penetration and other single or multiple combinations. The upper water tank can be lifted and lowered as a whole, or the outer cover can be lifted and lowered separately, and the lower water tank can automatically adjust the height of the roller according to the profile cross-section to ensure that the profile will not be deformed; the upper air chute and the upper cover are made of stainless steel 314; and the lower air chute and the lower air duct shroud are made of stainless steel 316.
